Bio
I build software around the part of work that usually gets skipped: the context, handoffs, judgment boundaries, review loops, and interfaces that make a tool usable after the demo.
My work spans AI-agent workflows, internal dashboards, automation, product prototypes, and AI-native application surfaces. My main project is ibara, which gives AI agents computers of their own. My company, Animas, plans, sets up and supports AI agents on computers people own, and sets up ibara for people who want it handled. This site is the canonical personal site for Tyler Mayberry.
The common thread is practical product engineering. I like turning vague, high-friction work into concrete systems people can understand, operate, and improve.
Current proof
Computers of their own for AI agents: they use the browser and desktop apps there while you keep working on yours. Any agent that speaks MCP can drive it. It runs on Omarchy today; more platforms are on the way.
